Lash & Glo Policy Update **Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit acts as a down payment and will be applied toward your final service total. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. Non negotiable. **No-Show Policy Please note that no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling. We value your time and expect the same in return. While we understand that unexpected situations arise, repeated cancellations or no-shows without communication will not be tolerated. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours in advance via the booking app. Any changes requested after that window must be approved directly by Lash & Glo. Conflict of Interest Lash & Glo reserves the right to cancel any appointment that may pose a conflict of interest with our family. Should this occur, we will do our best to accommodate a first-available makeup appointment as a courtesy. Inclement Weather In cases of severe weather—including school closures, sleet, snow, or ice—Lash & Glo may need to reschedule your appointment for safety. Clients will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs. Parking Information Street parking only. Please allow yourself adequate time to find parking. Meters accept both coins and cards.
